Welcome to the sign up page for the World Duel Carnival! This will be a monthly official tournament of Dueling Network. We will be starting the sign ups here so make sure to read the rules below to learn how to play and how to enter.
How to sign up:

World Duel Carnival Rules:
- Players get (1) one Heart Piece.
- Upon losing you give your (1) Heart Piece to your opponent.
- Players who have won a total of 3 Heart Piece will be sent to the finals. *This isn't counting the one you start off with.
- A player who's Heart piece count is (0) zero will be eliminated.
World Duel Carnival Finals Rules:
- Depending on the attendance 8/16/32 players will be accepted into the finals
- Upon obtaining (4) four heart pieces *Including your own* you will be entered in the finals
- All games played in the finals are single elimination
Game Rules:
- A player will have 2 days to finish there match
- If you don't show round 1 then you are Dq'd
- Cheaters are banned from future tournaments
- A player will play (2) out of (3) games
- No side decks will be used for this tournament
- If unsure on something or a problem occurs contact a mod
- OCG cards ARE legal for this tournament
Prize:
- A dueling network avatar specifically made for the winner.
- A dueling network sleeves specifically made for the winner
- The avatar and sleeve will only last for one month until the next WDC as it's only made for the current winner of the WDC.
